252Basics is a integral part of our Family Ministry. This curriculum, designed by reThink Group, focuses on three truths. So, before your child heads off to middle school, we want these three things to stick:

1. I can trust God no matter what!
2. I need to make the wise choice!
3. I should treat others the way I want to be treated!

Statistics say your child's moral boundaries are drawn before they reach the age of 13. This is why we put so much emphasis on our elementary aged environments. We want to partner with you in the spiritual development of your child. On Sunday mornings while you're in "Big Church" your kids will be having the time of their lives and when it's all over we are going to hand you a very important tool. The Refrigerator Door Card.

The Refrigerator Door Card is to keep you informed on what your children are learning and to give you, as the parent, some discussion points when you're not at church. Remember, what happens at home is more important (and lasts longer) than what happens at church! And to help things out a little more, your kids will get a God Time Card with 4 days worth of devotion time for them to do during the week.
